Rapid prototyping and industrial 3D printing

TOPP Rapid Prototyping has spent over thirty years giving shape to ideas. We design and produce prototypes and functional parts using 3D printing, a path we began back in 1996, when these technologies were still taking their first steps. Over time we have built a genuinely complete technology park, today spanning Multi Jet Fusion and SLS, SLA and DLP, through to FDM and the production of silicone moulds: different technologies that we choose case by case according to what the project requires. Alongside all this we handle design entirely in-house, because we believe that controlling the whole process truly makes the difference. That is how we turn an idea, even a rough sketch, into a physical model you can rely on: faithful, repeatable and ready to be put to the test in the field.
Large format up to 3000 mm
We print prototypes up to 3000 mm long. This large-format capability lets us produce large components and models in a single piece, avoiding the joints and bonding that would compromise precision and strength. It is a real advantage for anyone who needs to validate actual overall dimensions, casings, ducts or extended structures without dimensional compromises.
Reliability
For us reliability is not a generic promise: it comes from controlling the whole process, from in-house design to material selection and finishing. Every prototype is faithful to the design and repeatable, because a prototype exists to support decisions — and decisions need solid data.
Our pillars
- Maximum reliability — a process controlled from start to finish, repeatable results.
- Large format up to 3000 mm — large prototypes made in a single piece.
- In-house design — engineering support from idea to finished model.
